Directions & Parking*

The Dukesbay Theater is located in the historic Merlino Art Center at 508 6th Ave, Tacoma, WA.  Parking is available along streets in the area. The theater entrance is located on the 6th Ave side of the building.  The theater is up the stairs on the third floor. There is no elevator.

From I-5:

Take the City Center Exit toward Downtown Tacoma. Follow the signs to the "A" Street Off-ramp. Continue along A Street and turn left at 9th Street. Follow 9th Street up the hill. Turn right at Fawcett Ave. Stay on Fawcett for three blocks. Turn left on 6th Avenue. The Dukesbay Theater is on the 6th Ave side of the Merlino Art Center, a large brick building at the corner of 6th & Fawcett.

From West Tacoma/Gig Harbor:

Get on 6th Ave, going eastbound (toward downtown Tacoma). At the intersection of 6th & Sprague, 6th Ave will bend toward the right. Go past Wright Park (also on your left) and through the next light. The Dukesbay Theater is on your right in the Merlino Art Center.

The front doors of the Merlino Art Center will be closed at the beginning of the performance.  Latecomers will be required to call the box office, (253) 254-5530, to gain admission. Latecomers will be admitted and seated at the rear of the audience during a suitable break in the performance. All late seating is to be determined at the discretion of the management.  New Muses makes no guarantees that latecomers will be admitted prior to intermission if at all. If you exit the building during the performance or at intermission, please ensure another member of your party is able to let you back into the building.
